Superb studio in the city center

C’était parfait pour notre weekend à Dijon. Positive: Tout : son emplacement, la déco, la configuration. Florence est top!!!! Très réactive, elle a su se rendre disponible et a répondu à nos différentes questions. Les dijonnais sont formidables!!!! 🫶🏼

We loved the location and convenience of being able to walk everywhere was fantastic. Positive: The location and size of the apartment was really nice, cute and charming. Negative: When we arrived there was only a sheet on the bed and the pillows were quite worn. There was a comforter stuffed in a closet but didn’t appear to be clean as it wasn’t folded, just stuffed. With bedding I would bump this up to excellent.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. Positive: Location was good, and there were no stairs so it was easy for luggage. The lady on the phone was actually very nice and helpful, though she was not the owner. Negative: It was dirty, the loo smelt strongly of wee. The walls of the bathroom and the door is filthy, I have full video evidence to deter people should anyone consider staying here again. The pillows were lumpy and only one of them each, the hairdryer was broken and glowed red like a volcano, there is very little natural light, the window couldn’t be left open as it was the ground level of a communal courtyard so anyone could climb in. One towel each, nothing for hands or hair. Two half used loo rolls, and two half used mini shampoo bottles, and water in the soap dispenser. No tissues, a complicated key system, had to pay extra for parking, €20, which is an extra key/remote issue too, and the payment is not made clear on booking, only after you have booked. To add insult to injury you have to give them €500 as a security deposit on the apartment. This is not on their booking policy anywhere, and you only find out once you have booked. Every item collectively in that apartment would cost less than €500, so I’m not clear what they are so keen to protect. Dijon is stunning, this apartment is anything but. Steer very clear.

Piacevole ma check in troppo tardi Positive: Posizione comoda a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Stanza abbstanza ampia e silenziosa che affacciava in un cortile interno. Parcheggio privato a poca distanza. Host gentile. Negative: Il check in alle 16:00 impatta su tutta la giornata. Abbiamo per fortuna potuto parcheggiare l'auto prima ma ormai i check in sono sempre più tardivi e praticamente si paga una notte per stare in realtà solo poche ore.
